Money Back Guarantee Policy

Our Guarantee

We are confident that our study materials and exam questions will help you pass your BCSP or BCRSP certification exam on your first attempt. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee to customers. The money back guarantee policy applies to customers who have purchased both our exam questions and study guides and do not pass their certification exam.

Qualifying for the Guarantee

To qualify for our money-back guarantee, you must have purchased and used both our exam questions and study guide for at least 90 days prior to taking your certification exam. The policy does not apply to customers who purchased only one of the two components (either the study guide or the exam questions). If you do not pass your certification exam on your first attempt after using both our exam questions and study guide, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the exam results.  

Requesting a refund

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee policy, please contact our customer service team at support@mysafetyprep.com and provide proof of your certification exam results. We will review your request and issue a refund within 5 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Limitations

Please be aware that the money-back guarantee policy outlined herein is exclusively applicable to purchases made directly on My Safety Prep. This policy does not extend to purchases made via any other websites or vendors. We retain the right to revise or amend our money-back guarantee policy without prior notification. It is important to note that this policy is not valid for customers who have procured only one of the two components—either the study guide or the exam questions. The policy explicitly requires the acquisition of both components for the guarantee to hold true. It should be understood that these terms detailed here have precedence over any other existing policies.
