Purchases and Refunds
All purchases made through our website are considered final. We do process refunds under the following conditions:
Technical Errors: If, after reasonable troubleshooting, it is determined that a technical error originating from MySafetyPrep is restricting your access to the course, a full refund will be processed.
Non-Delivery of Advertised Product: We will provide a full refund if you made a purchase and did not receive the product as advertised on our website.
Quantity Discrepancy: Depending on the circumstances, refunds may be offered if a customer inadvertently purchased a different quantity than intended. However, please be aware that we reserve the right to deny such claims if they are found to be in abuse of our refund system.
If you encounter technical difficulties preventing access to your course, please contact us using the contact details provided on our “Contact Us” page. Ensure that you are using an up-to-date browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox, before reaching out for assistance.
All refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

Reasons that Do Not Entitle a Customer to Obtain a Refund
While we aim to provide a positive learning experience for all our customers, there are certain situations where a refund will not be granted. These include, but are not limited to, the following reasons:
Deciding you no longer need the course or it is not the course that you wanted: We encourage customers to carefully review course descriptions and make informed decisions before making a purchase. If you change your mind about a course, this does not qualify for a refund.
The course did not meet your expectations: We strive to provide comprehensive course descriptions and outlines to help customers make informed decisions. If the course does not meet your personal expectations, it does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
You do not have sufficient expertise to take a course: Our courses are designed to cater to a wide range of learners, from beginners to experts. If you find a course challenging due to your current level of expertise, this does not warrant a refund.
An employer/union prefers a different type of training: While we understand that employers and unions may have specific training requirements, we are not responsible for external preferences. We encourage customers to consult with their employers or unions before making a purchase.
You don’t know how to use the interface: We provide resources and support to help you navigate our learning platform. If you encounter difficulties using the interface, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team for assistance. Inability to use the interface does not qualify for a refund.
